What’s your return policy?
We don’t accept returns or exchanges, as our items are made to order just for you. However, if there’s an issue with your order, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we’re here to help!
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@patestatematerial.com. with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. If your refund request is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process.
Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at hello@patestatematerial.com.
Please include:
• Photos of the item and any defects
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts - we have one for every item listed on our store in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hello@patestatematerial.com within a 7 Days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, photos of the mislabeled item, and a short description of the issue so we can help resolve the problem.
